About Brandon
Real coaching for real life.
I’m Brandon Fieck, a personal trainer serving Appleton, Oshkosh, and the Fox Valley area. I help people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that actually fits real life.
Â
For me, fitness is not about chasing perfection or living in the gym. It is about building the strength and discipline to show up better everywhere else: at home, at work, with your family, and in the things that matter most.
Why I coach
I grew up in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, where sports, training, coaches, and physical therapists played a huge role in shaping who I became. The gym taught me far more than how to lift. It taught me discipline, confidence, emotional regulation, and how to keep going when things are hard.

That is what made me want to become a trainer. I wanted to help other people experience that same kind of growth, not just physically, but personally.
My approach to training
I know the fitness industry can feel intimidating. A lot of people assume personal training is only for people who are already in shape, already confident, or already know what they are doing.

That is not how I coach.

My job is to meet you where you are, take the guesswork off your plate, and give you the accountability, encouragement, and expertise to keep moving forward. You do not have to figure it all out on your own. You just have to show up, and I will help guide the process.

Whether you are new to strength training, getting back into fitness, or trying to build consistency during a busy season of life, my goal is to make the gym feel less overwhelming and more approachable.
Faith, family, and the bigger picture
Outside of the gym, I am a husband, dad, and college minister. Faith in Jesus is the foundation of our family and shapes the way I approach coaching, leadership, and serving others.

Helping people grow in confidence, discipline, and strength has always been bigger to me than workouts alone. I believe when someone feels stronger physically, it impacts every area of life: their relationships, their energy, their confidence, and the way they show up for the people around them.
What this is really about
At its core, personal training is not just about a workout plan. It is about having someone in your corner.

Most people do not lack desire. They lack time, clarity, energy, and support. My goal is to take the stress and overthinking out of fitness so you can focus on building strength without it consuming your life.

When you feel stronger, you show up differently everywhere else. That is the real goal. The workouts are simply the vehicle.
